Monday’s Blog (How’s that for original?)

On a different note entirely, I was, like sane people everywhere, deeply saddened by the attacks in France this past weekend.  My prayers go out to the innocent victims of this savagry, and to their friends and families as well.  Free people in every part of the world stand with you, the French, in solidarity and the hope of peace.  May God be with you.
I had company over the weekend; nephew Andy Wiley, his wife Angie, and their daughters, Raeanne and Allie Jo, spent the night on Friday, before attending both a basketball game and a roping event–ah, youth.  I was tired just hearing about it!  On Saturday night, my brother-in-law, Jim Lang, and his buddy Gene bunked here, and though their stay was brief, I enjoyed catching up.  Jim’s wife, my sister, Sally, will be visiting next weekend, and I can hardly wait.  I’ll be modeling a couple of her lovely sweaters on the blog sometime this week.
Wiki and Button have basically taken over the place.  I call them my boys and they have me well-trained already.  🙂  Thank you, by the way, for all your sweet comments on their photos.
